Referring to the law on supporting the restoration of historical and cultural structures and Article 98 of the Sixth Development Plan Law, Karamzadeh said: According to the aforementioned law, public and private companies can be exempted from paying taxes by restoring historical buildings.
Governor of Semnan: holding cultural and tourism festivals is considered to be the cause of economic prosperity and increase in social vitality.
Seyyed Mohammad Reza Hashemi said: Semnan province has various natural capacities and cultural heritage, which should be used for the development of the province.
He added: During the visit of the supreme leader to Semnan province in November 2006, in his opinion, three opportunities should be strengthened and used: the industrial and mining opportunity of the province, the agricultural opportunity, and the third opportunity, according to him, is in the field of tourism and cultural heritage. At the end of the ceremony, due to the retirement of Mustafa Yaghmaian, the cultural heritage activists and veterans were honored and the first membership card of Ban Iftikhari, named after Seyyed Mohammad Reza Hashemi, was unveiled.
