Currency supply more than doubled demand

According to the Iran Economist, Mostafa Ghamari Vafa, Public Relations Manager of the Central Bank, announced in a tweet that the demand for foreign currency of exporters has decreased.

He wrote in the tweet that out of about 1.8 million dollars of exporters’ currency offered by the exchange offices today, there was only a demand for 700 thousand dollars; That means less than 40%!

In this tweet, quoting the money changers’ association, it has been announced that the dollar has decreased by 1,200 tomans and the downward trend of the currency price will continue in the coming days.
