He also referred to the implementation of the plan to replace compressed natural gas (CNG) with gasoline in the country and said: “By implementing this plan in the field of fuel consumption management, we anticipate not to have problems with gasoline imports and plans such as renovation of used cars and replacement for this purpose.” Done.

* Fuel consumption management in cars on an annual basis

Salari said: “With the implementation of this plan, we will see a five percent reduction in the annual fuel consumption of cars in the country until it reaches the global consumption standard during five years.”

* Daily export of 2 million liters of gasoline

Regarding the amount of gasoline exports from the country, he said: “Gasoline exports are done continuously and the average is 2 million liters per day, and part of it is the shipments that are exported.”

* Forecast of daily consumption of 105 million liters of gasoline during Nowruz

Salari added: “Our forecast is the average daily consumption of 105 million liters of gasoline in the country, for which the necessary storage has been done.”

He also announced the amount of gasoline production similar to last year and about considering the Nowruz gasoline quota, he added: There is no discussion about allocating the special Nowruz gasoline quota.

* Submitting a proposal in the draft budget law to finance the development plan of Abadan refinery

The CEO of the National Company for Refining and Distribution of Petroleum Products also said about how to finance the Abadan refinery development plan: “A proposal has been presented in the draft budget law to provide reliable and sustainable resources in the field of refinery development. The service is located, we add the refining capacity of this refinery and use it for export.

Salari added: the purification of the exported petroleum product of Abadan refinery worth 260 million Euros will be used to provide credit for the redistribution of facilities.

He emphasized: The second step of the development plan of Abadan refinery and the plan of quality improvement of petroleum products produced by Isfahan refinery has been in the final stages of implementation and will be put into operation next year.
