These exercises included sleep deprivation and strenuous physical training, and the forces were soaked all the time. At the end of the morning exercise, the soldiers create a “sandstorm”

Soldiers pass contaminated sewage water. For six days and five nights, volunteers have to endure everything from long marches to hours in the water to the next stages, with constant shouts from their trainers.

Soldiers sleep outdoors on a rough concrete surface. Just five minutes! They should rest on the floor under bright green blankets so that they wake up to the sound of screaming whistles.

Soldiers eat spicy garlic with food. They have one hour of rest every six hours. At that time they have to eat. They swallow garlic cloves to strengthen their immune system.

A trainer shouts at a soldier who can not follow training. Are you a “sleeping beauty”? Do you want to be expelled from the course?
