Decrease in monthly housing inflation in Tehran

According to Tejarat News, the Central Bank announced that the monthly growth of housing prices in July decreased by 2.6 percentage points.
Quoted from Young Journalist Club, The central bank announced that the monthly growth of housing prices in Tehran has decreased by 2.6 percentage points compared to June, which indicates the gradual return of calm to the housing market after the effects of removing the preferential currency.
The monthly growth of housing prices was negative 2.4% in April, 6.1% in May, 8.4% in June and 5.8% in July.
Housing prices in Tehran reached 41.7 million tomans in July this year, which shows a 5.8% increase compared to the previous month.
Meanwhile, the monthly growth of housing prices in June was 8.4%. The reason for the increase of 8.4% in the monthly price of housing in June was the psychological effects of removing the preferred currency, which also appeared in the housing market.
