According to Aria’s Heritage Reporter, the press conference of the First National Congress of Diver Martyrs was attended by Mohsen Nazarpour, CEO of Kish Construction, Water and Services Company and Vice President of the First National Congress of Diver Martyrs, Bahram Arabvand, Executive Secretary, secretaries of various congress departments, son of martyr Alireza Shamsipour, and members of the media. It was held on the evening of Friday, January 2, 1401 in the conference hall of Kish Island.
At the beginning of this meeting, Nazarpour stated: One of the biggest congresses held in the country after the revolution is the first National Congress of Diver Martyrs.
He stated: Nothing is without problems and our work definitely has problems. We ask the media and writers to point out the points and shortcomings.
The Vice President of the First National Congress of Diver Martyrs emphasized: Martyrs were those who died so that we could live peacefully in this country, otherwise thousands of things could have happened to us. By holding this congress, we wanted to once again express our gratitude to the families of these loved ones.
He added: We hope that other provinces will hold this congress in the next periods, but we want the main secretariat to be in Kish Island, because the National Congress of Martyrs of Divers was held in Kish for the first time.
Further, Bahram Arband said: After Mr. Nazarpour proposed to hold a conference on the topic of diver martyrs, over time, that conference turned into a memorial and with the suggestion of honorable leaders, it became this congress. At first, we wanted to hold a conference, like other provinces that have martyred divers and have held one-day conferences in this field, but since we were looking for a noble work from the beginning, we ended up holding a congress.
He added: I thank God that the reception was very good. Three days after the publication of the invitations, we encountered problems with the Internet, but despite this, there was a good reception.
Araband stated: In this congress, in addition to the various sections of the student festival, we received nearly 1,400 student works, which was a significant figure considering the population of Kish and the problems of the Internet.
While pointing to the photo and painting exhibition that was opened before the press conference and was one of the side programs of the congress, he said: Tomorrow is the first day of the congress, and the programs will start at 15:30. In the first part of the programs, with the presence of 225 football athletes in green, white and red uniforms, we have the program of waving the flag of the Islamic Republic of Iran. After that, we will have a performance and parade of boats and other marine equipment. An hour of sea maneuvering on the left and right side of the marina is next on the first day. We will broadcast Quranic images at the entertainment pier, and then we will have Maghrib and Isha congregational prayers at the beginning of the pier.
Referring to the establishment of four reception processions, Araband said: “When the prayer is held, we have a 17-minute show on the theme of diver’s martyrs in the vicinity of the theater group’s pier.” At 200 meters from the venue of the show, we have 18 student booths that will start their activities from noon tomorrow, and the best booth will be awarded an exquisite cash prize.
He added: Next, the pictures of the martyrs that we have prepared from their families will be implemented in the form of 3D mapping.
The performance of Habib’s narrative, which belongs to the art field with the theme of Sardar Soleimani and is performed in different cities, is the next program with the theme of diver martyrs, and at 10 pm, we will have a light show at the same time as the Karbala 4 operation.

He explained: The works that reached the festivals were judged a long time ago and we have documented the judging process. Rasool Sadr Aamili, Mohammad Ali Bashe Ahangar, Seyyed Zia Hashemi are among the judges who will be our guests during the congress.
He clarified: The whole Congress of Martyrs of Divers will be held with the support of the private sector, the free zone, and the hoteliers’ community who accompanied us to host us. Despite the accommodation problem that occurred due to the sudden presence of a large group of people along with Mr. Taj to the island, we were able to solve the problem of accommodation for the congress guests with the cooperation of the hotelier community.

In response to a question about the various congress festivals, Arband said: From the beginning, we had designed three literary festivals, a creative photo festival and a media festival, each of which included several sections. Each section has first, second and third prize, student prize and special jury prize. When we went further, we added the film festival and then the graphic and poster section was added, which was well received. In the student competitions, we had 998 paintings, 263 heart writings and a number of wall newspapers.
He continued: Sardar Moghadamfar, the cultural advisor of Sardar Salami, who was our guest for one day as a tribute to our colleagues, suggested the production of a film on the topic of diver martyrs, but due to the limited time we had, it was not possible to make a film for this year’s congress and we could not produce a film. We can produce or order production, but for next year we will definitely do this much stronger.
Also, in response to a question about the vacancy in the theater department, he said: The theater category has a great impact, and without a doubt, we will have the theater department for the next courses, and this is one of our most important concerns.
We will issue calls from the beginning of the year to produce the right show.
After that, Mansoureh Basmal, the secretary of the film section of the First Diver Martyrs Congress, in response to the question of one of the media that the works submitted to the film section were specifically about the diver martyrs or were generally about the issue of holy defense, said: Cinematic works completely centered Martyrs were divers. In this section, we received a lot of documentaries, some clips and some short films.
He added: For the next year, works on the subject of diver martyrs will definitely be produced, and parts such as screenplays will also be added.
