According to Tejarat News, the number of registrations in the National Housing Movement Plan increased. So far, 1 million and 14 thousand people have opened accounts in the National Housing Movement, which shows a 13% increase compared to the end of last year.

At the end of last year, the number of people opening accounts in the National Housing Movement Plan was 894,000, which indicates a 13% increase in effective applicants for this plan, considering the current 1,14,000 people.
The 13th government has so far implemented 1,235,000 units of the National Housing Movement, 150,000 units in group form, 550,000 units by mass builders, 1,150 units by the armed forces, 100,000 units in dilapidated structures, 100,000 self-owned units, 220 A thousand rural housing units have been put into operation.
The government’s plan to house the needy people
Considering that some applicants do not have the ability to pay the amount, the government plans to collect the portion of the amount from them after completing the units. In recent days, with the increase of the facility ceiling from 450 to 550 million tomans, the hope of increasing the speed of project implementation has increased. On the other hand, a loan of 400 million tomans for housing construction for the 1st and 2nd deciles and a 300 million toman loan for the 3rd and 4th deciles have been approved. Both of these loans are paid with an interest rate of 2% and a repayment period of 15 years.
A few days ago, the president assigned the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development and the related agencies to take the necessary measures so that the needy and qualified people who do not have the financial ability to provide advance payments are not removed from the list of applicants in the housing plan.
The physical progress of the units that have reached the construction stage is different. In some areas, the projects are in the stage of land preparation, and some have reached the carpentry stage. Officials of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development say that this year we will see openings in the National Housing Movement plan every month.
