According to the monetary news report, quoting the public relations of the Central Bank, Mohammad Beigi said: the payment of subsidy amounts started immediately after the end of the president’s speech last night at 22:30.

He added: At this stage and during two rounds, the amounts related to May and June were transferred to the account of 23 million and 680 thousand heads of households. In other words, since last night, 47 million and 360 thousand subsidy payments have been made for the two months of May and June.

The director of the Payment Systems Department continued: The total amount of deposits for two rounds has been about 46 thousand billion Tomans.

Mohammad Beigi, stating that the government decided to pay the sums before the implementation of the subsidy reform plan to reassure the people, emphasized: these amounts will be blocked in the account of the head of the household until the official announcement of the government to start the subsidy reform plan. It will be available at the beginning of the project.
