One of the approved art fields can be taught in free art schools. Esmaili continued by referring to the activities of the art education plan for all and the measures taken in this department, saying: This plan was started in line with the policies of the people’s government in the direction of cultural and social justice since the end of 1400 and in 9 border provinces of the country, and in the year 1401 was extended to all provinces of the country.
