Description of the Island Tourism Bank project for the Minister of Cultural Heritage and Tourism

On the first day of the exhibition, Minister of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts Ezatullah Zarghami visited the booths located in the exhibition, including the booth of the Tourism Finance Group and the Tourism Bank in Hall 38. During this visit, Esfandiar Heidaripoor, CEO of Semga Company, explained about the performance and activities of the Tourism Finance Group, as well as “Semga” Company in the field of tourism, hotel and accommodation industry.
Also, the Iranian Land Project (Island) is introduced to visitors as well as investors as one of the most important projects of the Tourism Finance Group in this exhibition.
In this exhibition, Zarghami got acquainted with the measures taken regarding the Island project. Island with an area of ​​1700 hectares, of which 1400 hectares can be exploited by investors, is the first private city of international tourism, located 35 km from the Tehran-Saveh freeway. The city is defined in the form of 24 recreational and tourism, sports, commercial, scientific, cultural and residential uses.
It is expected that the operation of the Island project, which is being implemented with the participation of the Tourism Bank, will create about 30,000 jobs.
The achievement of companies and units of Tourism Finance Group and Tourism Bank in a space of 450 square meters in the 38th exhibition hall is presented to visitors.
The 15th International Exhibition of Tourism and Related Industries will be held from 9 to 12 February at the Tehran International Exhibition Center.
