They are applying for housing, they are covered by this law and other applications are rejected.

Under the Housing Leap Act, government land reserved for applicants in the lower five deciles of society will be free, and these applicants will only have to deposit cash and repay bank loan installments in subsequent years.

But the rest of the applicants will pay the daily value of the land to the treasury in installments of five to 10 years after the delivery of the housing, according to a mechanism to be determined by the government.

Regarding banking facilities, as the Deputy Minister of Housing and Construction, the Minister of Roads and Urban Development says: Based on the cost and the difficulty of doing work in terms of density and height in different cities, a variable table is proposed for the amount of facilities and interest rates. If approved by the Central Bank and the Monetary and Credit Council, it will be the criterion for action; But from the legal point of view, the payment facility for this project will be at the interest rate approved by the Monetary and Credit Council, and the government will allocate interest subsidies to applicants, especially in low-income deciles, from the resources deposited in the National Housing Fund.
