Details of the 30th monetary and currency policy conference
According to the financial news, the 30th annual conference on monetary and foreign exchange policies will be held on 22nd and 23rd June 1402 at the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran under the auspices of the Monetary and Banking Research Institute.
The goals of holding this conference are to examine the international trends of monetary and foreign exchange policies, to create a suitable space for policymakers, bankers and economists to exchange views on the prospects of monetary and foreign exchange policies and the country’s banking industry, to discuss and exchange opinions on the latest developments in the field of monetary policies. and currency and review of existing laws.
In this conference, the national and international achievements of monetary and currency policies and the banking system are also presented.
Monetary and Banking Research Institute, as a research arm of the Central Bank, operates in the expansion of research and scientific studies in the field of monetary and banking, and every year holds a conference on monetary and currency policies, as well as a conference on electronic banking and payment systems. The annual conference on monetary and foreign exchange policies has been held in 29 sessions and there are 40 days left until the 30th session.
The monetary and foreign exchange policy conference is an opportunity to examine the challenges facing the country’s banking and financial system and provide practical solutions to overcome it by professors, researchers, experts and students active in the country’s monetary and banking field.
The main topic of this conference is “Economic Stabilization; Governance and policy-making” and its axes are monetary policy framework for economic stabilization, financial policy framework for economic stabilization, currency policy and economic stabilization, banking system and economic stabilization and governance and economic stability.
This conference will be held in 12 specialized panels and with more than 50 lectures from professors, officials and researchers in the field of money and currency.
The special guests of this conference are the Governor General of the Central Bank, the Minister of Economy and Financial Affairs, and the Head of the Program and Budget Organization, who will be present as key speakers.
Call for submission of articles
Economists, professors and experts in the fields of macroeconomics, financial sciences, money and banking, as well as students active in the field of money and currency, are invited to send their scientific articles on the themes of the conference to the conference secretariat by May 23.
