Details of the housing leap were announced

According to Tejarat News, Mahmoud Mahmoudzadeh informed about the details of the facilities of the housing production leap project (construction of one million housing units per year) and said: the facilities of this project are to be determined based on the cost of housing in different areas.

He stated that the loan ceiling for housing production is 450 million Tomans, said: for Tehran, the loan ceiling is 450 million Tomans, in metropolises with more than one million people, the loan ceiling is 400 million Tomans, in provincial centers, the loan ceiling is 350 million Tomans and in other cities, the ceiling A loan of 300 million Tomans has been considered.

The Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development continued: “Also, the loan ceiling in rural areas is 250 million Tomans. Of course, the custom of these facilities in rural areas is 200 million Tomans, but for special cases up to 250 million Tomans, facilities are also provided.”

Mahmoudzadeh emphasized: This table of facilities of the housing production leap project is proposed by the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, which we hope will be approved by the Supreme Housing Council next week.

Referring to the number of registrants in the Saman system, he said: “So far, more than 530,000 people have registered for this project.”
