Based on this, the applicant for the transfer of equity shares of the deceased to the heirs should, after entering the beneficiary portal of the capital market at the address (https://ddn.csdiran.ir), first enter the nationality code, date of birth and date of death of the deceased in the section ” Inquiring about the turn of the coercive case” in the integrated portal of stakeholders, to get information about whether the time has come to file the deceased’s case or not.
In the continuation of this announcement, if the time of filing the case is confirmed, the applicant must submit the following documents by visiting one of the offices of the selected agencies:
1- National card image and the first page of the deceased’s birth certificate
2- The original or a photo equal to the original of the national card and the first page of the birth certificate of all the designated heirs in the inheritance limitation certificate (with the explanation that the receipt of the applicant for the national card or the certificate of the national number stamped with the seal of the civil registration organization can replace the national card)
3- The original or a photo equal to the original of the inheritance certificate of the deceased (if the mother is one of the heirs; inferred from paragraph b of article 892 of the Civil Code, the pages of the birth certificate related to the number of children of the deceased’s parents are also required to control the objection)
4- If the deceased has an official will, which is also mentioned in the inheritance certificate, it is necessary to present the original or a copy of the will.
