The secretary of the transformation staff of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts continued: “One of the important programs that was placed as a priority on the agenda of this staff is the formulation of the strategic plan of this ministry, in this regard, a strategic plan model has been developed and we have come to the conclusion that As a result of this strategic plan, we will be able to achieve provisions for formulating the role and position of this ministry and its missions in the 7th development plan.”

Paswar added: “Developing a comprehensive, complete and effective program requires cooperation, interaction and coordination between all departments, of course, the main burden of developing these programs is on this headquarters, and in this regard, we definitely need the cooperation and participation of the cultural heritage deputies of the provinces. “

In another part of his speech, he said: “The most central activity that is important in the matter of management with a process approach is paying attention to planning.” At the same time, a management system with an open view and using the experiences of others is also very important.”

The Secretary of the Development Staff of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts reminded: “In order to formulate the strategic plan of this ministry, we made some suggestions and approved a number of plans in order to see people and officials become more familiar with the goals and missions of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage.”

Mayors should obey the law of protection of historical context

Seyed Mehdi Mousavi, Acting Deputy of Cultural Heritage of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Isfahan, also said in this meeting: “Unfortunately, in some cities, we see that the mayors do not comply with the law on the protection of historical fabric, and this issue causes problems for preservation and protection. It has become a cultural heritage in some regions and cities.”

He added: “Our main request is that the mayors and villagers comply with the law on the protection of historical context.”

Mousavi continued: “While we have the approval of the Cabinet of Ministers regarding the use of a cultural tariff for investors and users of historical buildings, unfortunately this law is often neglected.”

The Acting Deputy of Cultural Heritage of Isfahan’s General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts pointed out the selection of an independent mayor for the historical context of the cities and added: “Electing the mayor for historical contexts can actually help to protect the cultural heritage as much as possible.”

Illegal construction in the historical context should be destroyed

Ali Shariatmanesh, Deputy Director of Cultural Heritage of the General Department of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of South Khorasan, criticized some municipalities for not dealing with illegal constructions in the historical context and said: “According to the law, the municipalities are required to demolish the buildings that are in the historical context. Historically, it was built illegally, but unfortunately, sometimes we see that some mayors do not comply with this law.”

Lack of manpower and lack of museums in the provinces

In the continuation of this meeting, Mojtaba Shafiei, Deputy Director of Cultural Heritage of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Kerman province, spoke and said: “Lack of manpower, lack of support from city management, lack of credit, strengthening and creation of financial credits from non-governmental sources, reconstruction of historical properties damaged in natural disasters Such as earthquakes and floods, assignment of personal historical properties, lack of museum reservoirs, lack of expert staff in museums, compiling a coherent administrative chart for bases are among the issues and challenges we are facing in the province.

In this meeting, Ehsan Noorani, Deputy Director of Cultural Heritage of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Qazvin Province, also pointed to the completion of more than 25 collaborative projects in Qazvin Province in the past two years and criticized the type of contracts for restoration credits and the lack of credits, as well as the lack of space and privacy in historical sites. .
