Disclosure of new corruption in the illegal payment of 900 loans

On the 13th of Azar, the General Prosecutor and the Revolution of Qom, referring to the arrest of those accused of paying marriage loans by forging official documents in this province, said: an indictment was issued against the manager of a bank along with his accomplices for paying 244 loan items by forging official documents.
Hassan Gharib further stated: These defendants obtained 244 marriage loans by forging official identity documents and marriage certificates of families who were not subject to the rules of obtaining marriage loans.
Ali Rezaei, the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Musa bin Jafar Qom Qarz Al-Hasna Fund, revealed new dimensions of financial violations yesterday. The issue started when one of the representatives in a comment that was echoed in the provincial media criticized other figures regarding the introduction of some people to financial institutions to obtain loans and interpreted and analyzed it as begging.
This representative said: “If we give up the big tasks of the parliament and being a representative of the people and say that I am a good representative, I will nominate one person to give 5 million tomans to the Musa bin Jafar fund of Qarz-ul-Hasna power plant; It means to beg the people and make them believe that, for example, I gave you a loan of 5 million; These things are not correct.” Immediately after this comment, one of the members of Musa bin Jafar fund entered the middle of this conflict and revealed the role of this representative in paying marriage loans to 900 couples.
Referring to the role of this representative in granting this amount of marriage loans, a member of the board of directors of the Musa bin Jafar fund says: “As a representative, you have introduced more than 900 people to receive a loan of 5 million tomans to the Musa bin Jafar fund, whose letters Marqomah is available from your Excellency’s office.
In this letter, which was obtained by Etemad newspaper, Rezaei writes: “I read your Excellency’s speech in the gathering of Qommi residents of the center, which was reflected in the weekly newspaper “Qom Bozor” and many provincial and national websites and channels, which you gave in a part of the speech. To give up the big tasks of the parliament and being a representative of the people and say that I am a good representative to nominate someone to give 5 million tomans to the Musa bin Jafar (a.s.) power plant loan fund; It means to beg people and make them believe that I gave you a loan of 5 million, and these things are not right! Since you, despite being dressed in the holy clothes of the clergy, have not respected the truth and justice and have even hidden the truth, I saw it as my duty to defend the truth with this open letter.
It is most likely that your Excellency is referring to Mr…. your other colleague in the Islamic Council.
Your Excellency’s statement was surprising to me because your behavior is in contradiction with your words, because your Excellency, as the representative of Qom, has so far introduced more than 900 people to receive a loan of 5 million tomans to the Musa bin Jafar (peace be upon him) fund. Available from your office.
It was interesting to me that Mr….’s office has not introduced anyone to obtain a loan since the beginning of the election registration; When I asked the reason from their office, they said that according to Article 83 of the Election Law of the Islamic Council, it is considered a crime to introduce a loan from the time registration starts until the election, but your office, contrary to the law, has also introduced people to obtain loans, whose documents are also prohibited. It is available in the chest of Musa bin Jafar, peace be upon him.
Rezaei continues to remind: “Who will forbid rebutting after eating…? And you said that 5 million Tomans loan is begging. The basic question is, in these 8 years that you have been in the parliament, what national and great action that you claimed to do great things in your speech, so as not to prevent people from becoming poor? Which plan or proposal or economic plan have you presented? Haj Agha, do you know that people can solve some of their problems with just 5 million tomans? Did you not think that taking a loan of 5 million is begging? Have you wronged and insulted these 900 people that you introduced? Isn’t your statement an insult to the customers of the fund and those who were introduced by the elders of the city?
I did not know your Excellency like many people, and I voted for you on the advice of Dr. Amirabadi Farahani, and you must remember that in the meeting we were at your service, based on his advice, your office could also introduce loans, while other than you The two honorable elders introduce many people to the fund to receive loans, and also the late Ayatollah Ashtiani and Dr. Larijani introduced people’s representatives to the fund in previous eras to solve their problems, but I don’t know where to take the glory of this contradiction in your speech and behavior? Your Excellency, you are well aware that during these 43 years of operation, the Qarzul-Hasna fund of Musa bin Jafar, peace be upon him, is a clear example of verse 245 of Surah Al-Baqarah, which says: “The loan of Allah is good…” and it has been active in the field of Qarzul-Hasna during this time, and the reason is that This collection gives loans to people based on your letter of trust.
So, if these 900 people that you introduced to get loans were in need, isn’t the word beggar far from fair for these people? Is it appropriate for a person like you to use such a word for poor and needy people while serving the people? I have no reason to deal with the rest of your speech. Don’t minimize people’s problems and don’t make fun of Qarzul-Hasna loans. People are in trouble. Instead of destruction, think about people. Don’t you think that raising controversial issues and creating false dichotomies will cause people’s despair and hopelessness? Is the position of supreme leader?
Finally, as a religious brother, my sincere advice to you is to work for the people, as Imam Ali (peace be upon him) said, “Opportunities” pass like clouds; You should also use this remaining opportunity of your agency to serve the people.” It should be seen what the results of these kinds of confrontations will be in the spectrum of fundamentalists and whether the regulatory institutions will enter into these kinds of violations or not?
