In other words, if currently for the transaction of a residential unit worth 3 billion tomans, half a percent of the transaction price is charged from the parties, which is equivalent to 30 million tomans and 15 million tomans from each side, the real estate consultant’s commission may be reduced by one tenth, a problem that An increase in the number of transactions will result.
