Regarding construction in a city like Tehran, the head of the Housing Foundation said: In Tehran, housing construction is done by people in new towns and around Tehran, although the construction of one-story buildings is done by people, for example, in Qom, Shiraz, and Chaharmahal Bakhtiari. Constructions are made and the main focus of these constructions are people.

Sanctions are not related to construction
