Eastern network wrote: Majid Eshghi, on the sidelines of the “Knowledge-Based Companies, Capital Market, Future Prospects” conference in the group of journalists regarding the criticisms of the movement trend of the total stock market index with regard to the state of the stock market, stated: The total index has a very specific formula and anyone who calculates It is slow to reach the same number. Every institution has the possibility to calculate the index and reach the announced index number by any method.

He continued: The conditions of the capital market these days are not volatile. The market is in a state of waiting and balance, that’s why there are not many index changes; Therefore, we have not indexed.

The head of the stock exchange organization said about the possibility of the commodity exchange being transferred to the Ministry of Security: the government is against this issue and if it is brought up in the public forum of the parliament, the government will announce its opposition.

Eshghi continued about the assignment of equity shares: decisions have been made in the Supreme Council of the Stock Exchange regarding equity shares, and we have changes in the executive regulations of equity shares, and in the next two weeks, we will make decisions about the statutes of provincial investment companies.

He announced that the stock exchange organization has no responsibility for the remaining equity shares and determining their portfolio.

Regarding the differences between the Ministry of Security and the Commodity Exchange, the head of the Stock Exchange Organization said: “There is no dispute between these two institutions. The Minister of Security was also present in the Supreme Council of the Stock Exchange, and agreements were made regarding the supply of cars in the Commodity Exchange and the supply of other products.”

Eshghi said about the stock offering of automobile companies: The transfer of these companies in the stock exchange is going through its routine, but the stock exchange organization has not yet entered into the matter and the announcement of the stock offering must be published so that the stock exchange organization can enter into this matter.

Gradual change of swing amplitude in the second stage

He said about the fluctuation range: the range determination is done according to the plan and the fluctuation range is gradually changed in the second stage.

The head of the stock exchange organization said about the situation of ETF funds: the statutes of these funds needed to be amended. The statutes of these funds are approved by the Council of Ministers, and amendments must also be approved by the Council of Ministers. The start of offering knowledge-based companies in the stock market since last year

Stating that the offering of knowledge-based companies in the stock market started last year, Eshghi said: After the criteria for accepting knowledge-based companies were finalized, we tried to accept and offer these companies in such a way that the main benefits of their offering reach themselves.

He continued: In this regard, it was planned that most of the initial offerings of knowledge-based companies would be through the method of spending shares, so that the collected resources would directly enter knowledge-based businesses. This process helps the development of these companies and we hope that their acceptance on the stock exchange and OTC will accelerate.

The head of the stock exchange organization stated that several knowledge-based companies are in the queue for acceptance and said: Some companies in the field of payment and IT are in the last stage of acceptance.
