Downhill sale of property in Turkey!

According to Tejarat News, real estate sales in Turkey have decreased in July compared to the same period last year.
ISNA According to the latest published statistics, the sale of residential properties in Turkey decreased by 12.9% in July compared to the same period last year.
Turkish Statistical Institute (TurkStat) announced that a total of 93,902 houses were sold last month.
Istanbul has the largest share with 15.3% and 14,350 houses, followed by Ankara with 7,417 and Izmir with 4,868 sales, with a share of 7.9% and 5.2%, respectively.
The provinces of Hakkari and Ardahan with 31 houses and Sirnak with 49 had the lowest amount of sales.
Sales to foreign buyers decreased by 12.4% to 3,939 units last month.
Home sales to foreigners accounted for 4.2% of total home sales in July.
Antalya ranked first with 1,421 sales to foreigners, followed by Istanbul with 1,154 and Mersin with 289 sales.
Among foreigners, Russians bought the most houses with 1028 houses, followed by Iranians with 431 houses and Iraqis with 380 houses.
In the period from January to July, housing sales increased by 24.2% compared to the same period last year and reached 820,300 houses.
