Referring to the recent emphasis of the Minister of Communications and Information Technology on increasing people’s satisfaction, smartening and further promotion of postal services, he added: These are some of the actions that will be taken soon.
In this regard, the Deputy Minister of Communications stated that a location authentication service or address authentication service has also been launched: The authentication service is a service for verifying or not verifying the presence of natural or legal persons in the place they have announced to the post.
The Chairman of the Board of the National Post Company, referring to the launch of postal “hubs” and equipping them with intelligent sorting, said: “Soon, the country’s analysis and exchange center, which is one of the largest and most equipped sorting devices in the Middle East, built by Iranian Knowledge-Based Company.” Is, will be equipped.
Sobhanifar added: “By launching this device in the mechanized center of post-exchange analysis and exchange, we will take an important step in controlling and monitoring the system and electronic services.”
Emphasizing the development of digital commerce by the National Post Company, he continued: “Now the discussion of sending products from villages and from cities to villages is done through rural ICT offices.” We developed the possibility to support the production of the village and to eliminate intermediaries.
The CEO of the National Post Company pointed out: In this regard, the village market system will be launched soon and the villagers can both sell and send their goods this way.
Sobhanifar added: “The issue of postal codes of villages is one of our other actions that we recently signed a memorandum of understanding with the Housing Foundation, the implementation of which will begin soon and the issue of postal codes for all villages will be implemented.”
The chairman of the board of directors of the National Post Company also referred to the plan for intelligent monitoring of the distribution of basic goods and announced the implementation of this plan for monitoring the distribution of chicken and petrochemical products as a pilot.
Referring to the development of proxy services of organizations and the transfer to the post, he added: “This measure will lead to anti-corruption, reduction of rent-seeking and ultimately sustainable and balanced development of the post.”
Sobhanifar announced the launch of the government’s messaging system and added: “In this way, in addition to sending letters electronically between executive bodies, people’s letters to executive bodies will also be sent electronically to the desired device.”
This allows people to send their letters electronically instead of physically sending their letters to post offices.
