According to Tasnim news agency and quoting the official media of Persepolis club, the capital’s whites held a training session today (Saturday) at 11:30 in Shahid Kazemi stadium.
* The players first came to the gym and, under the supervision of the team’s bodybuilding coach, planned to work with weights.
* Then the players entered the field and performed various parts of the training under the supervision of the technical staff.
* Aerobic work, Mr. Middle was done in three groups, long passes and purposeful football and within the team under the direct supervision of Yahya Golmohammadi.
* Today’s training lasted about 75 minutes and the players then warmed up and went to the locker room.
* In today’s training session, Hamed Pakdel and Vahdat Hananov performed their special programs under the supervision of the medical staff. Omid Alishah, who was injured in the game against Sepahan, worked under the medical staff of a special team to return to group training with full readiness.

Tomorrow (Sunday), the Persepolis football team will hold its last training session before the match against Traktorsazi from the 13th week, and the whites will go to the hotel to form a pre-match camp.
