Engineer Zarghami wrote a letter to the ministers of oil and energy
In an interview with Heritage Aria, Farhad Gholam-Ali Fallah, referring to the ministry’s support for artists, craftsmen and handicrafts activists in various fields, said: “Handicrafts should benefit from the facilities mentioned in Note 2 of Article 2 of the Law on the Protection of Artists, Craftsmen and Handicraft Activists.”
The Director General of the Office for Supporting the Production of Handicrafts of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts added: Holders of licenses for activities subject to the law, in order to benefit from the tariffs of the industrial sector for energy carriers (water, electricity and gas) and banking facilities, can submit their applications to the provincial units of the implementing ministries or register electronically. “Confirmation of their activity and validity of their license, in order to apply the mentioned tariff in accordance with the rules and regulations related to the relevant agencies, be introduced.”
According to Fallah, the mentioned agencies are also obliged to apply the tariffs of the industrial sector to the introduced units from the date of introduction.
He added: “Fortunately, this issue has been considered and emphasized by the Minister of Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Handicrafts, and Engineer Seyed Ezatullah Zarghami has written a letter to the Ministers of Oil and Energy on November 13 this year calling for this issue to be realized.”
Fallah continued: “In this regard, the necessary follow-ups have been done and in the first stage, we held meetings with Tavanir Company, and in the next stages, specialized meetings will be held with the National Gas Company.”
The Director General of the Office for the Production of Handicrafts of the Ministry of Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Handicrafts continued: “This issue is seriously on the agenda, and we will continue to hold specialized meetings with companies under the Ministries of Oil and Energy until we achieve the desired result.”
