England: Challenger tanks may arrive in Ukraine this summer

According to the report of Fars International News Agency, British Defense Minister Ben Wallace announced on Monday the arrival of the country’s Challenger 2 tanks in Ukraine.
During his speech, he said: “British Challenger 2 tanks will arrive in Ukraine this summer, but the exact time has not been confirmed yet.”
Meanwhile, the British Ministry of Defense announced in a tweet yesterday that the soldiers of the Ukrainian army have arrived in Kiev with the aim of training in the use of Challenger tanks granted by London.
England was the first country to commit to sending advanced tanks to Ukraine, and Germany and the United States recently announced their decision to send their tanks to the Ukrainian army after some conflicts.
Recently, in a report, the American newspaper “Washington Post” pointed out the dispute between Western countries, especially the United States of America, with Germany regarding sending “Leopard” tanks to Ukraine to fight against Russia. This newspaper wrote that the announcement of the supply of American Abrams tanks to Kiev is a cover for sending German “Leopard 2” tanks to Ukraine.
NATO countries, led by the United States, have recently increased arms aid to Ukraine, which has been met with a sharp response from Moscow. Following the announcement of Washington and Berlin’s decision to send tanks to Ukraine, Russia has warned that these tanks, like other weapons sent by NATO, will be burned by the fire of the Russian army.
One day after the controversies about equipping Ukraine with tanks in Washington and Berlin, German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius gave explanations about the schedule for sending tanks and said that it will take about three months to send the country’s first shipment of Leopard tanks to Ukraine.
End of message.
