Establishing small workshops in the villages is essential to prevent migration

Ensieh Khazali visited a silk weaving factory in Mashhad on Thursday night and met with several female entrepreneurs, adding: “Many boys are now migrating from the villages to the cities to get jobs, and the number of single girls in the villages has increased.”

He added: “The increase of single girls in rural areas is a harm that can be prevented by creating jobs and creating small business opportunities in rural areas and attracting small investments in these areas.”

Emphasizing the danger of depopulation of villages, the Vice President said: “Small investments should be attracted to the villages and thus create the necessary employment for the villagers. It is necessary to have workshops that can be developed in small areas and require extensive infrastructure.” They are not to be transferred from cities to villages.

Khazali added: “The 13th government intends to facilitate the process of issuing business licenses, especially for women, and allocate banking facilities to entrepreneurs instead of individuals, so that work and entrepreneurship can be developed among women, especially women heads of households.”

In this visit, the successful women entrepreneurs of Khorasan Razavi talked about their abilities and problems with the vice president, and then Khazali visited different parts of the silk spinning factory, which is managed by one of the female entrepreneurs from Mashhad.

Mashhad Silk Yarn Company is a manufacturer of simple and colored spandex yarns, fancy yarns, rolling yarns and multi-component yarns in the form of intermingle and spun, which is used in special fabrics, ribbons and braids, knitwear, socks, warp and weft weaving.
