Establishment of a service desk in the historical mosque of Sardar Urmia

“Holding a service desk in the historic Sardar Mosque, in addition to introducing this mosque, will create more interaction between the people and officials,” said Jalil Jabbari, Public Relations Officer of the General Directorate of Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Handicrafts of West Azerbaijan, on December 28, 2001.

The Director General of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of West Azerbaijan added: “People attended the mosque to raise their issues and problems and the experts of the General Directorate responded to them.”

“It is planned to set up service desks in other historical mosques and cultural-historical places in the province in the future, so that people can attend these places without intermediaries and raise their issues,” he said.
