Extension of the deadline for housing deposit assistance until the end of September

According to the report of the financial news, quoting from the central bank, this bank announced in a circular addressed to the operating banks: according to the decisions made in this bank, it was decided in order to support the tenants and in line with the implementation of the resolution dated 03/03/1401 of the council. Money and credit, the granting of housing deposit assistance facilities from bank sources, the subject of Article (4) of the Housing Production Jump Law in the form of a general ceiling approved by the Money and Credit Council dated 03/03/1401 (400 thousand billion Rials) and quotas notified to The operating banks will continue until the end of September 1402.

It should be noted that 20 banks act as operating banks to pay housing deposit facilities, and last year, from July 6 (the time of sending the instructions of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development and notification to banks) to March 14, 248 thousand 824 cases were filed for housing deposit facilities. It was formed, of which 217 thousand 577 people received 12 hemat facilities.
