Extension of the deadline for protesting tax documents for individuals

According to Fars News Agency, quoting the Iranian Chamber of Trade Unions, the chamber announced in a statement that based on the approvals of the eighty-ninth session of the National Corona Disease Management Headquarters, the provisions of the Direct Taxes Law and the VAT Law for individuals were extended.

Accordingly, the cases stipulated in the Law on Direct Taxes and the Law on Value Added Tax for natural persons whose deadline for objecting to their tax securities is from July 1 to September 22, 1400, as well as the provisions of Article 238 of the Law on Direct Taxes and Article 29 of the Law VAT was extended for three months.
