Farewell to the national car

Eqtesadonline – Parham Karimi; The two cars 405 and Samand are scheduled to be removed from the production line of Iran-Khodro in the next few months, and as the officials acknowledge, the reason for this is the old technology of these products and the change in the automotive industry.

Although these reasons are quite true, but according to this argument, most of the cars produced in the country have the same characteristics. What leads to the departure of these two cars from the production line is not low technology but the huge losses that Iran Khodro suffers from their production.

According to the latest published information, this large automobile company suffered a loss of about 52 million Tomans from the production of each Samand device in the fall of last year, and this number was equal to 31 million Tomans for the production of each device from the Peugeot car group.
