Shamqadari considered cinema as a strategy and added: If cinema is given to the ideals and goals of the system, it becomes a strategic cinema and is considered a means for culture and civilization.
The deputy director of the 10th government’s cinema organization emphasized that festival cinema is one of the enemy’s detours for the country’s cinema, and continued: the enemy is trying to prevent the Islamic revolution and the Islamic Republic of Iran from using the capacity of cinema with its plans and plans. use.
