I seriously request that if the ceiling of the central bank is not an obstacle, that part of the facility in Note 18 that should be allocated to the knowledge-based companies introduced by the fund must be completed by March of this year so that there is no delay. Other companies applying for credits should direct them to new tools and of course, capital market managers should also help knowledge-based companies.
Dr. Khandozi further said: In the 13th government, we established a section specifically to support knowledge-based productions, and through this, we opened a special line for these companies, and we tried to shorten the path and the preconditions that complicated the system. We will make the administrative steps of this company as smooth as possible so that we can play a worthy role in their financing.
The Minister of Economy emphasized: If we are not worried about the diversion of resources and we are sure that these resources will affect production and lead to the growth of the supply side of the economy, that is, it will not have an inflationary effect and will benefit the producer. We have to open a special path.
He stated that according to the information that was announced to me; 1500 billion Tomans will be signed between the Presidential Innovation and Prosperity Fund and 3 banks. He said: The capacity of the knowledge-based production leap law gives the banks the opportunity to have a direct investment path according to this law.

The Minister of Economy stated that last year, the field of knowledge-based economy accounted for nearly 2% of the country’s GDP. He added: This number was higher than in 1400, which was about 1.6 percent.
He further said: Last year, the country’s banking network allocated about 140 thousand billion tomans of facilities to knowledge-based companies, and of course half of this amount was paid to special knowledge-based products. In addition to this financing, one hundred thousand billion tomans of bank guarantees were issued by the country’s banking network for knowledge-based companies.
Dr. Khandozi further pointed to the period of very rapid growth and the existence of extraordinary capacities in the country from the network of elites and inventors and innovators and stated: We hope that with the rest of the control policies in the field of liquidity, we will be able to consider a higher capacity for knowledge-based products. .
