Financing of 10,828 billion rials for tourism projects by the Tourism Bank

According to the financial news report, citing the public relations of Tourism Bank, this bank, as the operating bank of the National Development Fund in the field of tourism, has performed well in the past years and has financed 79 projects of the tourism sector in the areas benefiting from the location of this fund.

Regarding the mentioned 79 projects, an amount of 9624 billion Rials has been approved, of which 7184 billion Rials have been paid and the rest will be paid according to the progress of the projects.
There are 16 projects financed by the tourism sector in less developed areas from the resources of the National Development Fund in the amount of 1,204 billion Rials, of which 1,186 billion Rials have been paid so far.

This report states: Also, by concluding a contract with the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts, the Tourism Bank has obtained the agency of payment of facilities from the sources of paragraph (a) of note (18) of the Budget Law of 1400 in a total amount of 5000 billion Rials. . This facility was allocated in 1401, and a large part of it was paid to the applicants last year.

While reviewing the projects introduced by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts, this bank allocated the entire amount of the contract to more than 30 projects in the field of tourism within the stipulated deadline and is currently financing them. The deadline has performed well.

It should be noted that the payment of the said facility was introduced by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts for tourism-justified projects across the country.

Hotels, tourist centers and accommodation centers in the cities of Yazd, Kashan, Lahijan, Mahmudabad, Ramsar and Kish are among the centers that have received tourism facilities.
