Finding the way for 60 works to the provincial stage of Golestan Basij handicrafts festival



According to Aria Heritage report, quoting the public relations of Golestan Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts General Directorate, Maryam Haji Ebrahimi said on Wednesday, December 23, 1401, on the sidelines of visiting the exhibition of the first Basij National Handicrafts Festival in Gorgan, that the first round of the Basij National Handicrafts Festival in cooperation with the Basij Artists Organization and on the occasion of honoring the week Basij is being held in Golestan province at the same time as the whole country.

Golestan Governor of Handicrafts and Traditional Arts stated: This festival will be implemented in the form of handicrafts and traditional arts products in two provincial and national stages. The secretariat of the first Basij National Handicrafts Festival was established in the Vice-Chancellor of Handicrafts of the province, and the handicrafts and traditional arts of the province’s artists were reviewed for evaluation at the provincial level.

He pointed out: According to the executive instructions of this festival, 60 works of 23 handicrafts and traditional arts artists of the province in 11 fields made it to the provincial assessment stage of the national Basij handicrafts festival.

Haji Ebrahimi reminded: The works that have reached the provincial evaluation stage of this event have been exhibited at the art studio of the Department of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Gorgan city, located on Janbazan St., Janbaz Si corner.

He went on to say: After showing the works in this exhibition and the provincial evaluation, the prominent and selected works will enter the final and national stage of this event. The best works of the province’s artists will be judged and evaluated in the national stage of this event, which will be held in March of this year by the Vice-Chancellor of Handicrafts and Traditional Arts of the country in Tehran.
