According to Fars news agency, quoted from Central Bank Public RelationsIn Circular No. 02.909 dated 1.6.1402 of this bank, it is stated that the operating banks are obliged to waive the interest, fees and late fines of the facilities paid from the beginning of 1394 to the end of 1402 to all agricultural sector operators (activists of the agricultural sector in the fields of agriculture, horticulture and Greenhouses, livestock and poultry, aquatics, nomads, units of transformation and complementary industries of agriculture and mechanization (mechanization)) damaged by unforeseen events, especially drought and flood, postpone the action and principle of facilities up to 30,000 billion Rials for three years.

The financial burden caused by the implementation of this paragraph will be guaranteed and paid by the program and budget organization of the country. The central bank is obliged to submit the performance report of this section every three months to the program and budget and calculations, economic and agricultural, water, natural resources and environment commissions of the Islamic Council.
