Forgiveness of fines for land motor vehicles without third party insurance

According to the Iran Economist, with the proposal of the Director General of Central Insurance and the approval of the Personal Injury Insurance Fund, crimes related to land motor vehicles without third party insurance have been pardoned, provided the insurance is provided with a one-year validity period.

According to the report, all insurance companies have been instructed to refrain from receiving the fine within a specified period of time.

Previously, the Insurance Industry Supervisory Authority, in order to fulfill its social and cultural responsibilities, has provided discounts and facilities for various insurance penalties.
