Formal pricing made campus housing more expensive / Dealing with delinquent real estate offices

According to Tejarat News, officials say that the formal pricing of real estate offices has increased the price of housing in the campus. Now, seven agencies and organizations, including the Department of Security, Governorship, Roads and Urban Development, Police Force, Penitentiary and Tehran Municipality, have started the process of identifying illegal and unlicensed real estate offices in the new city of Fardis since the second day of June 1402, and this process is still ongoing.
As Khalil Mohabbatkhah, head of New Pardis Development Company, says that some real estate offices in this city were selling land and residential units, which has led to a bubble in the proposed prices in this city.
Meanwhile, there are 65,000 Mehr housing units in the new city of Pardis, and a significant part of them are uninhabited. The owners of some units, with the complicity of some real estate consultants, are constantly beating the drum of high prices. It is said that one person in the campus has 100 units and several people have dozens of units. The statistics of uninhabited units in the campus have been determined through the real estate and housing system, and it is going to be submitted to the tax authority for tax collection soon.
The activity of 2600 real estate companies in the campus
About 2,600 real estate companies operate in New City of Fardis, and a significant number of them are unlicensed. Therefore, unlicensed real estate offices as well as those who have business licenses but have committed violations are sealed.
According to the CEO of Omran Pardis Company, since the start of dealing with the offending companies, the offered prices of apartments in this city have started to decrease. Mohabbateh Khah said that in the coming days we will announce the number of delinquent real estate offices. We also provide a report on the past status of projects and works in progress.
The process of irregular pricing has inflamed the housing market of Tehran and its suburbs. However, in recent days, after the drop in the exchange rate and dealing with some real estate consultants, the prices offered in Tehran and Pardis have started to decrease.
