Four decades of media war against Iran; 250 media, endless conspiracies, and a lack of a result

According to the report of the international group of Fars News Agency, the Islamic Revolution of Iran has witnessed attacks in different levels and dimensions from military and economic to cultural and media during the last forty-four years. It can be said that one of the most important arenas that Iran’s enemies have used in the past decades to attack Iran and its position inside and outside is the media campaign. A campaign in which the world’s media giants surround Tehran with the Western-Hebrew-Arab cooperation triangle.

For decades, these media have been trying to portray Iran’s political system as weak, its people helpless, its foreign policy failed, and its domestic policy false. Enemies of Iran’s Islamic Revolution, by resorting to these media tools and false propaganda, pass resolutions against Tehran in international forums and try to bring the world along with their deep-rooted enmity. In the continuation of this report, we will mention the opinions of regional media experts and activists regarding this media war against Iran.

250 world media, responsible for publishing lies against Iran!

Ibrahim al-Sarraj, one of the media activists in the region, says about the media war against Iran: More than 250 media outlets have adopted a policy of false information, publishing lies and trying to change the beliefs of different communities about the nature of what is happening in the Islamic Republic of Iran. The truth is that these war media trumpets spread false media information without any sense of responsibility towards the ethics of the media profession in the light of their experiences, which beautifies the lie; More precisely, their job is to hide facts from the world through various media.

The Iraqi expert emphasizes about the ultimate goal of this media campaign: the issue is beyond the fact that these countries want to create media channels; Rather, their main mission is targeting the Islamic Republic of Iran and mobilizing electronic armies against it. Organizations for which millions of dollars are spent and their mission is only limited to changing the knowledge and understanding of the world community towards the Iranian reality. Considering the nature of my work as a journalist and political analyst, I have noticed the dimensions of the media war against the Islamic Republic of Iran, its people, government, leadership and religious authorities. Everything broadcast by these media is nothing more than lies and attempts to falsify Iranian reality. People should know that everything said in these media is not true; These media should not be considered as the representative of the complete truth, because many rulers and people in power hide their real goals and plans by using the media and propaganda.

The regional media activist further added: What these media don’t say and have a mission to hide is that post-revolutionary Iran has achieved great achievements in various fields. The distance between the citizen and the official in Iranian society is very small, and the officials are not kings, emirs, princes, and rulers; And this is the most important principle for national progress and a sign of the power of the modern political system of this country. What they don’t say is that Iran’s leaders are very eager to support scientists; They all provide people with the means to succeed, they want a very high level of advancement in technological fields, and they spend money on scientific research to achieve the best results. These pro-Iranian media have never mentioned the amount of public services and scientific advances of this country; The percentage of illiteracy in Iran before the Islamic revolution was 80%, while after the revolution this amount decreased to less than 20%. In 2022, the percentage of women working in the medical field has reached 40%; A level of success that we do not see even in European countries.

Reviving the fugitive king! When the enemy’s hand is empty in the media war against Iran

“Hossein Al-Kanani”, the director of the Iraqi “Al-Hadaf” study network, which is active in the field of media and politics, sat down to a conversation with a Fars reporter and emphasized why Iran after the revolution was targeted by these media threats: Iran in these four decades of success and has recorded many achievements; From the point of view of strategic studies, the amount of these successes and achievements has been so high that little mistakes or unsuccessful experiences that occur in any political system in a natural state have not been noticed, and this is the distinguishing feature of the Iranian revolution from similar experiences. Therefore, from the beginning of the victory until now, it has been exposed to all kinds of threats, from military to military and political, so that its real coordinates are falsified and distorted.

Regarding the activities of the media opposing the Islamic Revolution in the last two months and the management of riots in Iran, Al-Kanani noted: Iran, during this period, has more than two hundred and fifty satellite channels, with continuous coverage and with a large budget, which is provided by some Arab countries of the Persian Gulf. It was faced that they showed a desperate effort to overthrow the Islamic Revolution of Iran from within; And this high-pressure media war on Tehran was put on the agenda after America and the Zionist regime were defeated in front of Iran. Now, with Iran’s powerful military capabilities, none of its enemies dares to penetrate Iran’s airspace even for half an hour with a drone from a distant point and in an unknown manner.

He added: “The enemies of the Iranian revolution are looking to erase their traces of vandalism and historical crimes with media propaganda; Crimes such as the aerial bombardment of Sardasht, which cannot be erased from memories. Now the Americans and Zionists are trying to deceive young people in the streets of Iran who have no experience and information about their goals and sinister plans. Now the enemies of the revolution have once again brought Shah Farari to the media battlefield with Iran and are promoting his return to power. The hands of Iran’s enemies are so empty in this war that they refer to the children of the Shah’s refugees who are hated in their own countries as a way of salvation!

The reality of Iran The opposite of the image presented in the media

Ghazi Ellami, a researcher and media activist, in an interview with a Fars reporter about the dimensions of hiding the facts about Iran by the Western, Hebrew and Arabic media, said: In the minds of many people of the world and observers of the developments in Iran, the big question is whether the system Are the world’s dominant media and communication networks telling the truth about Iran? Is there a gap between Iranian people and officials? Has economic sanctions caused the collapse of Iranian society? Has Iran become so insecure that its roads and streets are closed? These are the questions that the world’s dominant media and those fighting against Iran instill in their audiences. The answer is only inside Iran.

Allami added: All those whose sources of intellectual nutrition are these evil media should go to Iran and see like me. From the moment I stepped into Iran’s airport, I saw Iran’s harmony, security, peace and progress; It was there I became sure that the enemies of Iran’s Islamic Revolution in the West, their media apparatus and yellow networks do not want Iran to be a peaceful and safe country and they want to instill an image contrary to this reality to the unfamiliar audience. The people of Iran are a patient, knowledgeable and intelligent nation that has thwarted the lies spread by the world’s media giants for four decades and have become a model for success, resistance and progress.
