Completion of 8 semi-finished tourism projects
One of the most significant measures in this area is the completion of some semi-finished projects in different parts of the province, so that last year eight semi-finished projects with a credit of 68 billion and 300 million rials were completed and put into operation.
Creating tourism infrastructure in the province
Defining investment packages and introducing them to interested parties were other important measures in 1999 with the aim of developing the province’s tourism infrastructure, based on which an important project was implemented in each city. The amount of credit spent for these projects is 11 billion rials.

“These projects were implemented with the aim of creating employment and developing the tourism industry in the province,” said Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad, deputy tourism ministers, noting that the implementation of 41 tourism projects was launched in 1999 with government support and private sector participation.
Mohammad Hosseinzadeh stated: “The four-star hotel and water park in Yasuj, the waterfall cable car, the water park, the Azadi Bagheri tourism complex and the Yasuj Museum are among the projects being implemented by the tourism index in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad. »

Hosseinzadeh expressed hope that “all 41 Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad tourism projects will be completed and put into operation by the end of 1400.”
“The issuance of 14 building permits, including three ecotourism cases, 10 tourist camp complexes and one apartment hotel, are other actions of the General Directorate in 1999 in the field of tourism investment,” he said.
