Fuel imports from Iran break Lebanese economic blockade – Mehr News Agency | Iran and world’s news

“Lebanon today is facing conspiracies by the United States, the West and the Zionist regime,” said Seyyed Hashim Safi al-Din, chairman of the Lebanese Hezbollah Executive Council, in a speech on Monday.

According to the report, the head of Hezbollah’s executive council reminded that some countries in the Persian Gulf are also helping the United States in its Chinese conspiracy against Lebanon. However, we broke the siege against Lebanon by importing fuel from Iran. The United States and the Zionist regime know that importing fuel from Iran is just the beginning.

“Since we decided to import fuel from Iran, if the Zionists had imagined for a moment that they would go to war with the resistance, we would have been fully prepared for this war,” the senior Hezbollah official said.

He also said yesterday: “The issue of fuel entering Lebanon is not only related to the fuel itself, but also to the way through which fuel entered Lebanon.”

Safia al-Din continued: The Zionists themselves admitted that they could not take action against the Iranian oil tankers that were on their way to Lebanon. The reason for this was that the Zionists did not want Hezbollah to enter the equation of war at sea. This shows the weakness of the Zionist regime and the strength of Hezbollah.

The Hezbollah official added: “The Zionists are well aware that they are also targeting Hezbollah missiles to the farthest point in the occupied territories.” Thus, it was clear that they could not attack the cargo sent to Hezbollah.
