According to Tejarat News, the registration of the housing leap for applicants will start on Wednesday, October 19th.

Registration start time

According to the Minister of Roads and Urban Development, the registration of the request for housing leap in the new plan of the government and the parliament will start on Wednesday, October 19th.

The Deputy Minister of Roads also announced a moment ago that eligible applicants can register from Wednesday on the one-month opportunity provided for them in the housing leap plan.

How to register

Initial registration is done in absentia. Applicants must apply through the price system.

Saman system is not active now and according to the head of the Civil Commission, Saman system is to be unveiled tomorrow.

Trade News Follow-ups from the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development revealed that the price system at the address “SAMAN.MRUD.IR” is intended for the registration of applicants for housing leap.

Ismail Hossein Zehi, a member of parliament, said that the price per square meter of a house in the housing leap plan is about 2 million and 750 thousand tomans. That is one tenth of the current average housing price in Tehran.

Facilities

There are ambiguities about home facilities in the housing leap plan.

MPs say the loan amount is 450 million tomans and the government says the main mortgage is 300 to 350 million tomans. It seems to be not less than 350 million tomans.

There are also ambiguities about the interest rate, the government says the interest on the 350 million loan is 18 percent, but the parliament says the interest on the loan is between 5 and 12 percent.

Although there are ambiguities between the loan amount and the interest rate, it is predicted that housing jump applicants will have to pay five million monthly installments.

  • Development of new cities with no population restrictions. (There are cities with a population capacity of over 500,000)
  • Construction of new settlements
