Full forgiveness of third party crimes of all vehicles until the end of December

According to the financial news report According to the Public Relations of the Bodily Damage Fund, Seyyed Ahsan Khandozi, the Minister of Economy, agreed with the proposal of the Central Insurance Company regarding the application of the forgiveness of crimes subject to clause “b” of Article (24) of the Third Party Insurance Law for all land vehicles.

Based on this, one hundred percent of the amount of the fine for these devices, which is equivalent to the insurance premium for the period when they were not covered by insurance, will be subject to this special method.

It should be noted that the previously announced exemption for motorcycles and agricultural vehicles without insurance policy was applied for 29 days – from 08/15/1401 to the end of 09/13/1401, and from today, this exemption will be extended until The end of December will apply to all land motor vehicles.
