Full implementation of the new Czech law should be one of the priorities of the new head of the Central Bank

According to Fars News Agency’s economic correspondent, despite the positive effects that the new check law has on the business environment and the confidence that it has created for check recipients to trade through checks, the law is still not fully implemented. Meanwhile, the Central Bank had a deadline from 1397 to 1399 to provide the necessary conditions and infrastructure for law enforcement.
Mehdi Toghyani, a member of the Economic Commission of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, in an interview with Fars, regarding the parliament’s expectations from the new head of the Central Bank for the implementation of the new Czech law, said: So far, parts of the law have been delayed, and our request to the new central bank governor is to make up for this backwardness.
He continued: “The damage that the returned check does to the country’s economy is more than the difficulties of implementing the new check law, and at first it may seem a little difficult to implement the non-implemented steps of the new check law, but after a while all stakeholders with new rules They are getting acquainted with the law and the amount of returned checks is decreasing more than before.
In the end, the spokesman of the Economic Commission of the parliament stated: “According to this, the new head of the Central Bank should follow the implementation of the new check law and consider it as a priority.”
