Galaxy S22 Ultra with Snapdragon 8 generation 1 chip was seen in Geekbench

Samsung will probably unveil the Galaxy S22 flagship series in the next two months. While the specs of the Galaxy S22 Ultra with the Exynos 2200 chip were recently spotted on the Geekbench, the same device is now seen on the Geekbench with Qualcomm’s new flagship Snapdragon 8 chip.

Possible specifications of Galaxy S22 Ultra

Documents provided by Geekbench 5 have revealed some key features of the South Korean tech giant’s future flagship. According to these documents, Galaxy S22 Ultra will probably be sold with the model number SM-S908N in the South Korean market and with the model number SM-908U in other markets of the world. The presence of the 1st generation Snapdragon 8 chipset guarantees improved overall performance of the phone, however, it seems that in some markets, Samsung will also offer it with a dedicated Exynos chip.

The Galaxy S22 Ultra offers users between 8 and 12 GB of RAM, however the Geekbone documents show a device with 10 GB of RAM. As can be seen in the images above, the S22 Ultra scored 6,908 in the single-core test and 15079 in the multi-core test.

One of the expected specifications of Samsung’s future flagship is the Android 12 operating system, which will definitely run with the completely new One UI 4 user interface. Certificates from Indonesian bases have also apparently confirmed that the Galaxy 22 Ultra will be launched with the S Pen under the EJ-PS908 model number.

So far, many reports and renderings of the ultra version of the Galaxy S22 series phones have been published, and yesterday, the color combination and memory of the phones of this series were revealed. Details about the price tag of this series have not been revealed yet, but last week another report stated that the standard version of the Galaxy S22 will probably be sold at a base price of $ 800, which is equal to the previous generation.
