“Gawah” won an award from Russia
The short film “Witness” directed by Aida Tebianian received its first international award in its second international appearance from Russia.
Charso Press: According to the public relations of the Iranian Youth Cinema Association, the short film “Witness” written and directed by Aida Tebianian won the special prize of the jury of the 16th International Cheboksary Festival of Russia.
The 16th Cheboksary International Festival of Russia is the second international appearance of this short film, and “Witness” also participated in the first international appearance in the competition section of the 16th International Ballinale Festival in Indonesia, which is one of the most prestigious festivals in Asia.
The synopsis of the story of “Gawah” states: “Shermin is a young girl who is at a crossroads to save her father’s life and finally makes a difficult decision.”
The short film “Gawah” with the international name “witness” will be released to international festivals by Madakto company.
