Genaveh merchants and commercial bazaars, whose Nowruz holiday was the best time for them to earn money and make a living, have sacrificed their personal interests in the past two years, and with the closure of shops, they showed a sense of altruism at a time when people’s health was endangered. According to an IRNA correspondent’s field report on commercial complexes, the shops were filled with a variety of goods, and tourists and customers who arrived in the city from all over the country before Nowruz are shopping.

The head of the Genaveh Chamber of Trades said: “The bazaars of this city, who from the beginning of the outbreak of the Corona virus, despite the economic problems, showed the necessary cooperation with the officials to implement the resolutions of the Corona headquarters and closed their shops spontaneously on Nowruz 98 and 99.” And they were harmed, they are not closed on Nowruz 1401.

Seyed Fakhreddin Hosseini added: “Shopkeepers have bought the necessary goods and their shops have a variety of items to buy and hope that Nowruz 1401, which is the best time for their business, can have no problems by observing hygienic standards.”

He stated: Shopkeepers are required to follow health protocols throughout the year, including during the Nowruz holiday, and promised to cooperate in this regard.

Hosseini stated: The guild chamber of this city has established monitoring and health patrols with the cooperation of related agencies before the end of the year, which will continue until the Nowruz holiday 1401 and after.

He said: “Monitoring prices and health protocols of shopkeepers is one of the main duties of patrols, and in case of violation and ignoring this important issue, they will be dealt with legally.”
