General Manager of Cooperatives: Alborz is a leader in the field of entrepreneurship in the country

Hossein Fallahnejad on Wednesday at the meeting of the Entrepreneurship Cafe event that was held in one of the production units of Alborz province, said: “We must be guided in a direction with the help of successful entrepreneurs to teach others the process of idea generation and creativity.”

He added: “The purpose of creating entrepreneurship cafes is to acquaint new idea owners with entrepreneurial skills, create new ideas, prepare new platforms for entrepreneurship, inspire successful entrepreneurs and motivate young people and idea owners to become Becoming an innovative entrepreneur.

Fallahnejad said: “Considering that now, unlike in the past, the approach of young people to jobs behind the desk and office has changed, he said: this type of employment is no longer attractive for young people in terms of income and the structure and limitation of employment-oriented jobs.” ; Therefore, we need to change our approach to other processes, such as entrepreneurship, so that we can strengthen the employment and production debate.

He said: “Today, in the field of services in the industrialized countries of the world, a high number have been allocated to the service sector, and developed countries have come to the conclusion that success in the context of employment and economy requires entrepreneurship.”

In another part of his remarks, the Director General of Social Welfare Cooperative, noting that 19 entrepreneurship consulting service centers, four accelerator centers and an entrepreneurship café have received licenses from this general office, said: “These centers are taking steps to develop entrepreneurial culture.” .

Entrepreneurship and its important role in reducing unemployment

Pointing out that the most important social problem in society is unemployment, Fallahnejad emphasized: Entrepreneurship will play a very important role in reducing social problems by creating a suitable opportunity to employ people.

He added: Alborz is one of the good and strong provinces in the field of entrepreneurship and there are very valuable industries located in the province that are run by capable young people.

In the continuation of this meeting, each of the present entrepreneurs expressed the concerns of the entrepreneurship sector and the development strategies of this approach in the province, and at the end, the top, selected and active entrepreneurs of the province were honored with a plaque of appreciation.

Alborz province has 3,500 production and industrial units and about 300 knowledge-based units.
