According to Mehr news agency, quoted by BBC, German Foreign Minister “Analna Baerbock” today Wednesday took the lead in an action that contradicts the United Nations Charter regarding the necessity of non-interference in the internal affairs of independent countries, in reaction to the death sentence for “Jamshid Sharmahed”. The Thunder terrorist group described it as an “unacceptable” verdict.
According to the announcement of this media, “Analna Baerbock”, the German foreign minister, in a tweet about this with a ridiculous claim, claimed that Jamshid Sharmehed did not enjoy a fair trial and therefore asks the Islamic Republic of Iran to immediately cancel his death sentence!
He claimed that Berlin will use all its efforts to help Sharmhead and against the execution of his sentence!
The German Foreign Minister said that the country’s ambassador in Tehran, who was on a business trip, canceled his program after receiving this news and is on his way back to Iran to discuss this issue.
It should be noted that Jamshid Sharmehed, the leader of the Tander terrorist group, was indicted in the Supreme Court of the country a few hours ago based on paragraph A of Article 469 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
It is stated in the judgment of the Supreme Court branch; In the appellant’s bill, there is no reason or evidence that would cause the decision to be violated, and the judgment against the defendant was issued according to the reasons in the file and according to the law.
