In late winter and spring and summer, the village hosts a large number of migratory pupae that nest and breed chickens in this village. The larvae hatch in June and a few months later they stay in their nests to feed and raise the chicks and leave the village for the tropics with the onset of the cold season. Then they return to this city at the end of winter. The nesting of turtles in the village is a sign of an environment with security and tranquility in these areas, and this is a very good event for environmentalists. Meanwhile, Zaribar Lake in Marivan is considered as one of the cleanest bird habitats in the country and so far no deaths due to disease have been observed among bird colonies on and around the lake.
