“Gharib” arouses national self-esteem/ the story of an infiltrator – Mehr News Agency | Iran and world’s news

According to Mehr reporter, Ali Akbar Abdul Alizadeh, a film and television critic and media activist, saying that he liked the movie “The Stranger” very much, said in the “Cinema Criticism” program: The field of holy defense and resistance cinema is full of attractive characters and stories. It is surprising and Martyr Mohammad Borujerdi is known in this area with a style of behavior that called him the Messiah of Kurdistan.
He added: My Kurdish friends, who were children during the presence of Martyr Boroujerdi in Kurdistan, still do good to him. This is a very valuable base, and if our competitor’s cultural trend has such a subject, it will fill the world with it, but in Iran, it will take a long time for the system and artists to be able to go to these characters.
This critic emphasized: “The Stranger” has a detailed characterization that is important for our generation today. The film has a historical narrative while reminding us of today’s skills. This amount of compassion and bravery for the lives of Kurdish loved ones during the war and the chaos at the beginning of the victory of the revolution has been forgotten because we have not repeated and explained it.
Abdul Alizadeh stated: Today we see that Komle has introduced himself as a savior, which is ridiculous and funny. This is due to the lack of cultural organizations that did not perform their duties well and have put us in this dangerous cultural situation.
This critic stated: A large part of today’s generation is disconnected from our history and we are to blame for this disconnection. I ask some children who Saddam is, they don’t know, and this is surprising and the result of this lack of attention and explanation.
Abdul Aizadeh emphasized: Mohammad Hossein Latifi and his friends in the film “Gharib” narrate a historical issue in a way that arouses national self-esteem in the past and new generations.
Regarding whether the movie starts late, he answered: No; I think the movie is very well-paced and good. In the first part, the film narrates the tragedy that happened to some of the war commanders. Friends who have read the history of the war, know that there was a split among some commanders at that time, while today this part has been forgotten. But one by one, these commanders have somehow gone to self-willed martyrdom. This movie has many messages and we should see criticism from the inside from these movies. “Gharib” gives codes for commenters.
Amir Mafi, the host of the program, referring to martyr Iraj Nusratzad, whose character is also depicted in this film, said: He is an outstanding character who has been well portrayed in this film, and I enjoyed this event very much.
Abdul Alizadeh also said: “Gharib” writes and conveys the presence of the army fairly. Apart from the shrewd presence of Martyr Boroujerdi, the view of revolutionary culture is well explained in the film; For example, where an infiltrating soldier wakes up people to pray, and on the other hand, the view of Martyr Boroujerdi, who is friendly and humane to people, is depicted. He even negotiates with the arrested people, as if he needs them to protect the country, but they are indifferent. He does not consider himself higher than any of the national pillars and saving people’s lives is important to him. They say about the story of “Deer Guarantee” why Imam Reza (AS) did not kill the hunter? Because he wanted to save both the hunter and the hunter, and this religious and consolidated Iranian view can also be seen in the movie “The Stranger”.
In the end, he clarified: The next point is about the level of influence, which started in Iranian cinema with “The Story of Nimroz”. In “Gharib” we also see how the influence of the political movement in the government wants to save the enemy. We also see about that influential soldier whose act of exaggeration in religious matters and matters of fame comes from the nature of his enmity. We get part of these issues and social teachings in “The Stranger”.
