Good news Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development about housing

According to Tejarat News, Habibollah Taherkhani, Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development, announced a fourfold increase in the share of housing in the total banking facilities in the country.

Zahirkhani stated: In the field of housing financing, both in the law of production leap and in the budget of 1400, a suitable share has been considered for the supply of housing.

He reminded: in previous years, the share of housing from bank facilities was at a minimum possible and only 5%, but in the new directions, this figure has reached 20% of bank facilities. This will increase public access and boost private sector activity in the field of housing production.

The CEO of Iran New Cities Development Company stated: We will locate and provide land for these extensive offers taking into account all social, economic and environmental conditions.

Taherkhani said: the policy of annexing land to cities as well as the internal development of cities in the form of worn-out structures is still on the agenda.
